In the bottom right corner is written in black ink 'Payten, Orange'. Beneath the photograph is written in black ink the names of the men in the photograph, including Dr Colvin. Four men are listed as absent, including, Sir N.R. Howse (Patron).
The photograph has a glass covering and a black stained timber frame. There are two metal hooks on the back, and a cardboard backing secured to the frame with nails.
The photograph is one of a set of four framed photographs held at Orange War Memorial Museum.
