3. Order of St. John of Jerusalem medal (bronze coloured metal) with dark brown ribbon. Medal has white enamelling.
4. 1914-15 Star medal (gold coloured metal) with red, blue and white ribbon. On the reverse of the star is imprinted 'CAPTAIN/ A.E. COLVIN/ I.H. SHIP A.I.F.'
