400 mm long and 40 mm wide leather strap.
At one end are two metal hooks.
At other end is a chrome plated steel frame pinned together with two thin metal rods. Connected to this are two ten mm rollers, one slotted to take blade and one roller for the strap. Rollers interconnected on side to move roller back and forth. Metal hook at end of frame.
