About this objectThis is a hand-forged cow bell made by the Ormand family in Brisbane.

This type of bell was made by blackmith Samuel William Jones of Condamine, Queensland. Samuel moved to brisbane where he employed blacksmith and farrier Alf Ormand. Alf continued the Condamine Bull Frog bell business after Samuel retired.
