Table has cast iron ends the bed base is made from a thin sheet of timber, painted brown. Rails on base, joining the cast ends are chrome. There is a roll of twill fabric on side of table which would be used as a belt to restrain the patient. There is a retainer on the opposite side of table with which to attach the belt.
It is connected to electricity with a grey electrical cord and plug with 5 pins.
