Black and navy blue marble finished rectangular timber plaque.
At the top the plaque is decorated with a medallion showing two bowls and a jack, surrounded by an olive wreath.
The name plate below is engraved with the following: "Dubbo Railway Mixed Bowls Cllub presented to Blayney Bowling Club as a reminder of our visit 5/6 April, 2003. Good Bowling".
