The small glass flask has a circular base and etched on the side of the flask are numbers 10, 20, 40, 60 alongside a gauge.
The top of the flask has a small lip and pouring spout.
The box is black leatherette on the outside with a gold engraving on top 'Medicine Glass & Minim Measure' is printed around a man with a bow and arrow and 'trademark' with 'Aspera ad per astra' in banners underneath (a rough road leads to the stars). and the initials 'FCS' in a small round lozenge.
The interior of the box is pink and the inside rim is dark green. The internal tube containing the flask is also pink with a green rim and a green circular lid with 'Minim Measure' printed in gold on top.
