WENTWORTH MINE AIRING OF THE QUILTS AND GOLD QUILTERS CHALLENGE HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

It is with much regret that the 2020 Airing of the Quilts to be held at Wentworth Mine Lucknow on 24-25 October is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions. We look forward to holding this event in the future.

The historic Wentworth Main Mine site, Lucknow will host the inaugural Airing of the Quilts on 23 and 25 October 2020. 

CATEGORY 1 Airing of the Quilts Features works by individuals and groups and is an opportunity to showcase recent works.

CATEGORY 2 The Gold Quilters Challenge Is aimed at encouraging quilt-makers to create a new quilt which reflects the gold mining history of the Wentworth Mine and Lucknow.
