This book was the first of several by Clement Semmler about A B “Banjo” Paterson. It is an informative digest of the great author’s life and is a solid basis for getting the most out of reading later publications about his life and works.
Cliff Crane will outline the history of the Buckinbah property from the 1840’s.
All visitors to walk the short distance from the main entry gate to the ruins of the original homestead where Banjo lived as a child.
Morning tea will follow at the Banjo Paterson…more than a Poet Museum/Exhibition and the Book will be on sale with all proceeds going towards the loan repayment for the Sculpture of Major A B Paterson, which stands at the front of the Museum.
The book will be relaunched by Clement Semmler’s son, Mr. Peter Semmler.
